Unbelievable, he pointed a gun at someone, pulled the trigger and killed someone. Certainly a degree of manslaughter or negligent homicide. No charges, such a farce. Yet they take an expired low level misdemeanor expired by statute of limitations convert it into 34 felonies and throw the book. It all depends on what party you are. Banana Republic are we.

Aw, y’know, could happen to anybody. Just life’s lottery at work.....

Or it would be if the outcome weren’t already rigged. Just pick the result you want, and work back from there. Reason, logic, and all precedence in law get a little tweak here and there and “Presto!”

Nothing to see here, folks. Neva happened, GI.

I’m developing a large callous on my chin from all the jaw-dropping examples of our justice system completely unhinged. Criminal Justice was my field of study at University. Everything I thought I’d learned - turns out, there are no immutable rules of justice. All is now malleable based on the non-white color of skin, the size of your bank account, or the political agenda of the prosecution.

“Unbelievable, he pointed a gun at someone, pulled the trigger and killed someone.”

Interesting part is that Baldwin stated he didn’t pull the trigger. However, that’s why he was not charged with murder 2 but with involuntary manslaughter which could be the proper charge as the weapon was in his possession and it had to be aimed at the victim as it was not reported to be a glance off something.

So if the weapon was not in his possession, it wouldn’t make any difference to him whether it was loaded or not, or he hit the trigger or not. And that’s where his involvement is and he has to be directly responsible for the outcome of the charge accident or not.
