Population: 45% black in a town of 3000 people.
all pictures from the location (prior to this shootig) seems to indicate it was a primarily black customer base.
Basically a ‘sweet-16’ type birthday party....at some dance-hall/studio (based on what locals say). Who shot who....still be sorted out. Town is around 3k in residents....50-50 split on demographics. Way away from Birmingham/Montgomery....so I doubt that gang activity figures into this.
I doubt if the local police department has more than five guys, and the county sheriff is handling most of the investigation. One factor, party had been going on for 3-plus hours...shooting around 10:30 PM.
Probably some statement by the sheriff by noon.

Fox News reported earlier this morning there were two dead.
