I thought there was a “voluntary recall” to get this fixed around four or five years ago.

From at least what I understand the recall was a “drop safe” issue, not a “glock leg issue”.

Kinda.....the recall was to resolve an issue with dropping the firearm at a very specific angle, causing the weapon to discharge.
