He was just asking a question. It was a teachable opportunity.
Many do not know how Texas pardons work.
A brief explanation, without the name calling would have sufficed

Then he can not issue a pardon.

However, when that axe murderer sought a pardon, she appealed to W and he refused.

Well excuse me.

The sentence reads:

“Texas Gov. Greg Abbott promised Saturday to pardon a US Army sergeant...” It did not say, “I will lobby/attemp/work with the Commission, etc.” The sense of the sentence means he {Abbot} will pardon.

No, I don’t know Texas law since I don’t live in Texas.

Why do pricks have to be so prickish.
