What the Chinese official states may or may not be accurate, BUT it’s not a rant, not undiplomatic...
It is very direct but he makes some points which frankly should be looked into and/or consider.
If we want to pursue the truth you do NOT do that by putting on blinders, or by attacking the person (ad hominem).
The first thing we should be doing is asking if the points made by this official are accurate and if there is a way to where we can investigate this further. Let the truth take us where it may.
