The Day Trump Takes Office, The Unprovoked Proxy War Against Russia Ends
donaldjtrump.com ^ | 3/16/23 | Donald Trump

“Every day this proxy battle in Ukraine continues, we risk global war,” President Trump said. “We must be absolutely clear that our objective is to IMMEDIATELY have a total cessation of hostilities. All shooting has to stop. This is the central issue. We need PEACE without delay.”

“There must also be a complete commitment to dismantling the entire globalist neo-con establishment that is perpetually dragging us into endless wars, pretending to fight for freedom and democracy abroad, while they turn us into a third-world country and a third-world dictatorship right here at home. The State Department, the defense bureaucracy, the intelligence services, and all the rest need to be completely overhauled and reconstituted to fire the Deep Staters and put America First.”

Weak, very weak. Although you do seem to have a natural, mealy mouthed sense of misdirection. Keep working at it.

Yes, now compare that to what individual NATO members are spending for their individual countries and the lie that you posted about all NATO countries’ current and future.

Russia’s wars have awakened the NATO nations and their compliance with devoting 2% of GDP to defense spending.

Nine countries are in full compliance and more will be soon.

Finland is already at 1.96% and Sweden is climbing as these countries seak to join NATO.

Examples-Poland to spend 4% of GDP on defence this year
Denmark to abolish springtime public holiday to help meet NATO spending goal

Unfortunately, government spending won’t go down.

We just need for FedGov to hold spending flat for about 5 years.

Well, you made up the above headline. You created a story that is false.

People can check it out for themselves. FR tend’s to be objective, and discount liberal tactics like making up Fake News.

It’s clear that you propagandized the headline. Trump never stated the word, “unprovoked”, in regard to the proxy war. That’s because, Russia invaded Ukraine. Russia provoked the war in Ukraine.

Nice try though, you should try CNN or the Wash Compost.

Man, I didn’t mean to keep working on your BS with me. Just keep strewing it about, there are enough woke globalist stooges around here that you’ll find Biden apologists are pretty popular. Mealy mouthed Nuland goon, just the crap I needed today.

ah, weak azzed LiberalTarian ad hominem.
See I can do that too.

But, let’s get back to the facts of your FakeNews headline, where you added to what Trump said in his post...

By all means, let’s stop the greedy merchants of death. Let’s completely disband our military and inform the world we will no longer defend ourselves so we can deprive the nasty arms industry of profits.

If I remember correctly it was Russia that invaded Ukraine and initiated the war. WWII was a proxy war until 1941.

I have the feeling that a number of posters on FreeRepublic are here only to cause anger and dissension.

It well-known that nation states or other powerful interests employ literal armies of sock-puppets for narrative management or information warfare.

One should assume several agents have been assigned to disrupt or manipulate discourse on FR.

A great thing about this place is that there is often vigorous debate, but lately (since COVID?) there has been a noticeable negative change in tone and tenor regarding certain topics

How dare I question the cost over-runs, the purchase of weapon systems that the military does not want, the over-complexity of our systems and the price per boom vs more conventional weapons.

Just shut up and pay and never question anything like a good little WEF serf.

You are right.
