Blacks from the Caribbean republics come to America and do quite well. They are educated, have no chip on a racist shoulder, and are not devoted to twerking, cheap food and weed (with the exception of Jamaica which is the exception and should be excluded every which way, especially touristically).
There’s something about a certain class of American blacks that refuses to accept responsibility for themselves.
