“the entire nation knows who’s responsible”

A very slippery statement.

Much of the nation “knows” but much of the nation knows it’s not Trump.

Then who shot Ashli Babbitt Mitch and why? Who were those cops who left the glass door open right before the shooting and why did they leave? Looked awfully choreographed.

How is it possible that this is a “representative democracy” when the views of the representative are not even remotely similar to those they supposedly represent?

37 Republican senators knew what a treacherous snake he is and they still voted for him to be their leader.

This is no different than voters voting for people they know are treacherous snakes because they’ve been lulled into thinking they have no choice, otherwise the Democrat will win.

Like so many other aspects of American life, a small group of corrupt people have taken control.

With regards to Republican candidates, it’s the state GOP apparatus and the RNC.

With regard to McConnell, it’s the fact that most of them are RINOs cashing in on their positions and they want that cash flow rolling.

“Trump did more good in 4 years”

McConnell wasn’t elected to do good. Kentucky voters may have thought that was what they were voting for, but they were duped like everyone else

He was elected to go along to get along, support the Establishment and make money.

Blame the voter for continuing to fall for his BS and he happy there are new bathrooms and a dog park, somewhere.

But did you vote for him?

Did you succumb to that tried and true: as much as I hate to do it, if I don’t vote for McConnell the Democrat will win?

Trump is indestructable at this point. I only hope Trump knows it and plays it cool.

It’s nearly impossible to replace incumbent senators.

Only because voters have, seemingly, ZERO desire to give someone else a chance. They perpetuate the cycle.

Why would anyone, unless they have the money, put themselves out there to be considered if the machine is going to do everything in its power to crush them.

And while I would love to see the 17th Amend repealed, that doesn’t mean the “just as corrupt, if not more” folks that make up the state legislatures would be sending anyone better. But I’d for damned sure he willing to go to that than what we have now.

The Republican caucus is the problem.

10000000%. The caucus perpetuates itself. He is them. They are him.

Round and round we go and we pay for it.

Stop voting for them.

Outside of Rand Paul, I doubt anyone on here, me included, can document one thing that any of your senators has done.

Sure, they may have voted for a bill here and there. Can anyone document where their Senator did anything or substance. Right now we have 10-12 that all are giving Biden anything he wants.

Does anyone think republicans in Maine are happy with Collins? I’m thinking, No. However, they had been trained to think she’s the only one they can vote for. “she’s the only one that can win”, nonsense.

And it’s even worse with their disastrous Ranked Choice Voting.

Wasn’t McConnell along with Pelosi responsible for the security of the Capitol? All they did is call in half the force and put up bike racks. I know Pelosi and Bowser both turned down the offered National Guard. So, yes we know who is responsible for what happened.

"A new member of the 100th Army Reserve Unit in Basic Training at Ft. Knox was arrested in the barracks for sodomy. The guy is getting out of the military and the excuse will be due to an illness, an eye disorder. The Major then told a joke about it saying, 'I guess the guy couldn't see the difference between guys and girls.'"

*****

"In the early 1990s, Mr. Bloch, who was married to Julia Chang Bloch, herself a Chinese immigrant and a future ambassador to Nepal, decided to fix up Mr. McConnell, a bachelor at the time.

"Mr. Bloch, now a peace-sign flashing Washington lawyer partial to American flag cummerbunds, oversized sunglasses and the nickname 'the Blochbuster,' invited the senator to a candlelight dinner with Ms. Chao, a protégée of his wife’s. 'I don’t want to say that sparks flew,' Mr. Bloch said, 'because that’s not the way either of them is.'”

"The panel had said it uncovered evidence Trump pushed claims he knew were false about the 2020 presidential election in an effort to change the election’s outcome"

Perfectly legal, and the only reason those efforts failed, is because you, Miotch, threw the 2018, 2020, and 2022 nationwide GOP elections, in a futile attempt to get rid of MAGA, of which your state is the center square. Not only is Kentucky one of the deepest-red states in the nation, but it is also the home of Secretary of State Daniel Cameron, who you groomed starting 10 years ago into the SoS spot, as the next Goobenor in 2023 -- only to have him kiss President Trump's ring in June of 2020!

Even two years ago I had folks telling me what a great guy
Mitch was.

When compared to fecal matter, it would still be a hard
choice. At least fecal matter can’t be blamed for not
using its brain.
