Monkeys' what being paralyzed?
In these experiments, to try and get the neural chips to respond to thoughts, the experiments would paralyze the monkeys so they only have their mind to use to get the chips to do something, like bring the monkey food on a spoon.
I find that kind of science troubling.
It’s under investigation because it’s Elon Musk.
