Here's some different cases for you guys to consider.

‘Twitter Files’ Fallout Rains Down On Arizona And Reveals That Katie Hobbs Colluded With The Big Tech And The AZ Government Was Breaking The First Amendment

Katie Hobbs Played a Personal Part in Censoring Election Information, and We Have the Receipt - Report

FBI Official Admits Agency Colluded Weekly With Facebook To Flag, Take Down Posts

The above articles point to illegal activity of Government officials and Government employees to violate the First Amendment rights of citizens. In an ethical society, the people responsible would be required to resign their positions, and they would be prosecuted civilly and criminally for their crimes, and if convicted, they would be sent to prison for lengthy periods of time. Now, you two can keep insisting that because Twitter or Facebook are private organizations, that the Government did not violate the First Amendment rights to citizens. And I'm telling you both that you couldn't be more wrong if you believe this. Quit now and stop digging.
