Let us wait for the Court rulings to clarify these matters.

Still, if not covered wall to wall by the MSM it didn’t happen...to most people. And the corruptocrats know it.

So the everyday low info drone remains content in his/her/it/them ignorance, looking forward to the next episode of whatever reality show they “know” is real.

“So prove the conspiracy.”

I’m of the opinion that Musk and Taibbi already have. It remains to be seen whether the courts will agree.

“The government has no involvement in this James Woods saga.”

Of course it does, that is established by the revelations of internal coordination between government actors and Twitter in the suppression of speech.

Interesting that Trump lost his suit against Twitter.

You’re barking up the wrong tree with your comparison of apples and oranges.

This isn’t about what private platforms are permitted to do internally, it’s about the federal government coordinating with a private platform to solicit that platform silencing people to protect partisan persons and interests, and specifically to influence public perception that ultimately affected a presidential election. This coordination with the federal government is clearly beyond the scope of what private platforms are allowed to do as a matter of private governance. This federal government interference stands firmly within the realm of the First Amendment as nakedly unconstitutional.

More rulings do not clarify the matter. More rulings create more rulings and lead to the mess we are in now.

The best recourse may be to go back to the basics, the constitution and LOCAL justice. Not centralized govt and legislation.

Just a thought..............................

Trump didn’t have access to this evidence of government collusion.

The Biden campaign wasn’t a governmental agency. They were a campaign. As was pointed out in the dump, both the Trump campaign and administration had done the same type of things the Biden campaign did and probably continues to do. For some reason there seems to be no concern over the Trump attempts to promote or squelch info.

Trump was dismissed from Twitter over Jan 6th. I wonder, did he assert the Texas case in his law suit?

Agree. Kind of sad that this and Arizona election are not the biggest news stories here.

Trump could have been trying to “squelch” something inaccurate, like Russia, Russia, Russia, or a policy issues they got wrong. From what I heard they may have tried but Twitter ignored them. Twitter did not ignore Biden, et al requests especially regarding the “squelching” of Hunter’s laptop.

You seem to keep trying to make a point but, thus far, have been unsuccessful.

neither is it allowed to coerce, cajole, conspire with , recommend or pressure third parties to censor and perform what it is disallowed to government via the first amendment.

those who capitulated with government to implement democrat party censorship of conservatives, independents and even libertarians... are criminals WITH government for enabling and collaborating to do what government is expressly forbidden from doing at every level of government.

The dems, rinos, uniparty, communist/socialist “journo-listers” cannot coerce, cajole or persuade; private or public companies and individuals or international NGO’s to do their dirty work. That they have is criminal. In some case actual treason has occurred.

Biden’s goons know how to reward their friends.

Friends like the Chinese, Cartels and Ukrainian leadership - and they know how to strong arm and bully those who won’t ‘play along’ - people like James Woods, Donald Trump, and half the American people.

Biden and goons have much in common with organized crime families. Now that Hunter’s out - did you notice Biden introduced French President Macron to his sister at the State dinner? Walked him over to the table where she was sitting. Way too obvious and tacky.

That said, prayers for James Woods, Elon Musk, Donald Trump and all the brave people who have stood up against the thugs and bullies of the democrat party... knowing they would be damaged and lied about and have ‘intelligence’ thugs rough them up... and for years.

Of course it does, that is established by the revelations of internal coordination between government actors and Twitter in the suppression of speech.

There were discussions with the FBI before the Hunter laptop stuff happened.

The government had absolutely nothing to do with James Woods' banning. That was the DNC.
