Okay. I would love to see you explain to a white person with an IQ of 120 why his law school seat will be given to a 90 IQ black person,

That's what Historical Black Colleges have been doing since their founding.

Its funny how everyone now sounds like the same progressive social-engineers of the 20th century, now that we're worried about white people

Until Fed.gov and the DOJ took over the US Education system in the 1950s - Harvard proudly gave preference to people whose grandfathers attended the school. They can't openly claim that now, but institutions could do many things freely, they aren't allowed to now.

I will grant you - the bane is not "standardized tests" - but rather, Fed.gov intervention and control of US education. Even if standardized tests go away, leftist Fed.gov control probably will not.

“So can I start calling myself a lawyer even though I have no degree in law?”

If you identify as a lawyer there is nothing they can say otherwise without being racist. They even have to use whatever pronouns you want them to use. Their rules, not mine.

Oh great! Now we will have to deal with ignorant, crooked lawyers!

To the contrary - this is all about presuming that the SC knocks down affirmative action. Top law schools would have no way to admit blacks or Hispanics in any meaningful number if the LSAT continues but affirmative action is prohibited.
Without the LSAT, lots of blacks and Hispanics can qualify with padded GPAs.

After 40-45 court appearances for your misdemeanors, you’ll be qualified to use “ESQ” after your name. Be sure to get some business cards printed for handouts.

Next, someone will decide that MATH is NOT a requirement for an accounting degree.

I was trying to be generous.

I’m waiting for the sports arena to diversify. Brake down the players in football, basketball, hockey, baseball, and other sports into percentage of race of population (White, Black or African American, American Indian and Alaska Native, Asian, Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islanders, and Latino). No more best of the best = only diversity, equality, equity. I wonder how that Affirmative Action work out?

Exactly: this move is just a revenue game for law schools. Most won’t even graduate, and those that do — based on lowered standards, won’t pass the bar.

Next up: no more Bar Exam to practice law.

You have the right to an attorney.
If you cannot afford an attorney and idiot will be provided for you.

Soon earning a law degree will be easier than getting a Doctorate Degree in Education.

I have been staying this for years. However, the entrenchment of many conservatives into thinking these standardized conceptual exams (which you can pay to be coached on how to obtain higher scores by trick answer elections), is very deep.

Reviewing portfolios of project of work and knowledge of assessment along with in-person interviews is too time consuming for admissions. Looking at a score requires little skill.

I didn’t even think of that.

I bet that’s exactly what it’s all about.

The war on MERIT continues.

Is the LSAT culturally biased? Not enough questions on basketball? Note that if the test was flawed they could just fix it. They know the test is not the problem, the problem is the performance of minority students. Why not try to fix that by developing more prep tools aimed at blacks?

They used to be able to use your IQ combined with whatever track you were placed in during high school, but those were deemed to be imposed by central-planning bureaucrats, and were outlawed. That’s why we have the standardized tests, so they would be, you know, standardized. What other measure could possible be used to choose from millions of applicants every year? Sack races?
