They broke the law when using a private firm (Runbeck Services), who is a known major Democrat donor, to sort the incoming mail in ballots before transferring them to the county for counting and tabulation.

The activity of “ballot harvesting” is in and of itself a violation of the spirit of electioneering laws which are alive and well in all 50 states.
It would seem to me that not putting ink into a bunch of ballot printing machines would mean that an election hasn’t even been had yet. Butt stroking of whoever did that is indicated.
