Read that paragraph again. The writer assumes that every Dem who requested a ballot mailed it in and voted for the Democrat plus some Republicans and Independents did as well.
Excuse me if I don’t believe the 100% of Dems returning their ballot story. Not a single Dem didn’t get around to filling out his ballot? Not a single Dem voted Repulican? Give me a break.

Democrats have been great at registering voters. Democrats send each of those registered voters a ballot. Now Democrats have perfected going to those voters, asking if they received their ballot and making them fill it out on the spot.
In an urban area, one person can see several hundred voters in a day. That cannot happen in GOP areas.
That is why this ballot harvesting works so well. That is why DeSantis ended ballot harvesting in Florida. So did Abbott in Texas. That is why they have fewer mail-in ballots and quicker counts.
Ballot harvesting gets nearly everyone to vote....and most are not qualified or educated enough to vote...so they vote Democrat. They are people who should not vote and would normally never vote.
Democrats just figured out how to vote on their behalf because they know those people will overwhelmingly vote Democrat.
