I would bet the Trump announces when he will be filing the paperwork for another presidential run. Giving the clear and comfirmed signal that he is running in 2024 without actually doing it.
That will boost his fund raising without the prying eyes of the FEC. Every campaign dollar raised and spent id only accounted after you file paperwork.
