I’ve had a few die-hard conservatives tell me that after this election cycle they’re not even going to bother voting anymore.

Maybe that’s the left’s objective with all these shenanigans.

I’m hoping, however, that it’s just a short-term emotional reaction.

Yes, it’s demoralizing to voters. They may not come back. The GOP is too damn feckless. Not a serious political party. Why should anybody trouble themselves to vote for them?
