Laxalt has defeated Masto. Go to Cnn.elections to analyze the vote. There is only 5% of vote left to count in Vegas (Clark County). Laxalt is ahead by about 2000, not 798. There are not enough votes left in blue counties for her to catch him.

There are still thousands of votes to count in heavily red counties. Laxalt will get most of those. This race is over. Laxalt wins!

Glad you have confidence but I live here in one of those conservative rural counties and I think Washoe County (Reno) is where the cheating is taking place this cycle. Lombardo is currently the Clark County sheriff so they didn’t dare try to pull if off in his jurisdiction.

That is the way it is planned. The Democrats have to know how many votes they need to steal to win. And the good part from the Democrat's point of view is that the sheep are so obsessed with their hatred of Donald Trump, they never catch on to what is happening.

Laxalt has only received about 6,000 votes less than Republican Governor Lombardo, not a big drop off when you’re talking hundreds of thousands of votes. Dem Cortez Masto is outperforming Dem Governor Sisolak by about 15,000 votes, that’s the reason the race with Laxalt is so tight and why the margin for Lombardo is wider in the Governor’s race.

As long as the GOP wins the House, I don’t care whether they win the Senate or not. Dems would need to control both chambers to pass bad bills. And even with the the Senate, GOP couldn’t get good bills passed over Biden’s veto. So I shed no tears that Mitch won’t be Senate majority leader
