Actually, one guy in the White House did and can accomplish a lot more than conservatives in Congress, who always in the minority.

Trump is the one that gave us a conservative Supreme Court that overturned Roe. Trump made us a net exporter of oil for the first time since 1973 and got gas down into the two dollar range. Cutting billions in regulations (along with tax cuts) gave us the lowest unemployment in 50 years. Trump kept us out of wars and proxy wars.

Republicans in Congress have accomplished much of anything since 1990s, which was the last time we had a balanced budget. That is because is almost impossible to get 218 conservatives elected to the House and 51 conservatives to the Senate.
