Kanye's command of English is good, but I found his thought process to be disjointed and tangent-filled. Hard to follow, or perhaps he's too smart for me to comprehend (but I doubt that).
Most of his conclusions are good but he has a tough time conveying them.

He’s legit bipolar. When you didn’t hear anything about him for a while, he was on medication.
He quit taking it because he said it harmed his creativity.

I think his thoughts are more subtle and sophisticated than the tools of the language he has at his disposal. They need someone with the linguistic fluency of Roger Scruton or Douglas Murray to convey. Kanye’s English is under-weaponized.
