I only know what they said, which was people (not the approved challengers) were photographing and videotaping things so they blocked some of the windows to prevent from revealing personal information.
As far as I know no one is claiming there weren’t Republican observers in the room.
That picture is from the TCF Center in Detroit. There was no revealing personal information with sight of those windows, furthermore that is not the reason the Democrat overseer cited for papering over the windows.
