The way I see it, it could go one of two ways.
For the first way, it could be that the president has the 25th amendment invoked on him and we get President Harris. After having read your tagline, they could appoint somebody else, but I don’t know who and I don’t know how they’d get Harris out of office...unless they had ‘something’ on her from the past and threatened to expose her. For a replacement, I don’t think they’d go with San Fran Nan. She’s older than Biden and after her hubby’s DUI, I think he effed that up for her. Who would they go with?
For the second way, they could just decide to ram it down our throats and do what other dictators in banana republics have done in the past...say “enough is enough” and declare martial law. Complete restriction of the media, arresting and imprisoning, if not executing, political opposition and those who support them. Declare undying loyalty to the Glorious Leader (whoever that may be) or face the consequences.

Problem is, other “banana republics” didn’t have hundreds of millions of privately-owned firearms floating around.
Slow Sniffing Joe does not have enough F15s to go with option 2.
That is why I expect Harris to be the target of a “deranged right-wing white male Christian Trump supporter with an AR-15” - who is promptly shot and killed.
Remove Harris first, anoint in perhaps California governor before he is recalled again.
Then remove Biden. Then again, if Hillary were the anointed one, there would be nothing but profit in insurance policies on Biden.
