WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sept. 13, 2022] Project Veritas released the first video covering the trial between Project Veritas, Project Veritas Action (among others) and Democracy Partners today -- taking place in courtroom 29 at the E Barrett Prettyman federal courthouse. The trial is set to begin tomorrow. Democracy Partners brought forth this civil lawsuit against Veritas over five years ago, after being exposed for employing dirty campaign tricks in the 2016 presidential race.
In 2016, Project Veritas Action journalists gathered undercover footage over the course of six months as they exposed the dirty tricks orchestrated by political consultant, Bob Creamer, President of Democracy Partners, and its affiliates.
This includes what was described by then-Democracy Partners affiliated member and director of Americans United for Change, Scott Foval, as “Birddogging”:

They revealed that people had actual personal knowledge about a system of criminal conspiracies between the DNC, candidate and PACs ... attested that the candidate herself was active in them ... and PV is on the hook for revealing their crimes.

She was SDS organizer Paul Booths. wife if I recall accurately. He was part of the Hanoi Lobby during and after the war. I met him at one major Hanoi Lobby conference about 8 years ago.
