In “rank choice” voting, must you vote for three people.
Because if that’s true, Murkowski will get a vote.
If three circles must be filled in, I WOULD WRITE in a candidate’s name ...any name just to fill in or mark 1,2 or 3.
If you don’t choose three people, is the ballot considered invalid?
This was exactly the problem in Alaska which led to Palin losing - Palin voters voted only on the top line for her, and no other votes, so she lost.
