Biden recalls how coal pollution in Delaware gave him and people he grew up with cancer in speech slamming GOP for not stepping up to address 'climate emergency'
It's utterly insane but some of the stupid on the planet will buy into it.
He also said that he grew up near a refinery, babbled something about the first frost, and how they had to run their windshield wipers to clear the emissions from the aforementioned refinery. :(
