First of all, don't flame me. I am only asking for information. I am fully in favor of 2A and believe a well armed citizenry is extremely important to fend off our government out of control. I think we all saw enough during COVID to give us the creeps on government power.

That said, I don't know anything about guns so don't understand the nature of an AK-15. I tried searching online for info and it's all written by leftists who say it was developed for the Nazis, used by Russians in war, blah blah.

What is the deal with Ak-15s? Are they used for hunting? Why are they referred to as "assault weapons"?

Because they look very similar to standard issue select fire (semi automatic/three round burst/full automatic may be chosen) military weapons. They lack the burst and full auto features. One trigger pull, one shot.
