McConaughey said it’s time to “re-evaluate, and renegotiate our wants from our needs” and “rearrange our values” to find common ground to change the “devastating American reality that has tragically become our children’s issue.”
Word salad.
That’s what I thought. Sounds like he’s calling for gun control without actually saying it.
It’s not a bad statement but it’s not coherent. Anyway, at least it’s genuine.
We know how to stop this but our feckless government doesn’t want it.

Wooderson was deeper when he said, “Just Keep Livin’!”
That word salad was gun grabbin’ talk all wrapped in emotion. You may want you gun but you don’t need it talk.
I wish people took the time to really think about all aspects of what they are calling for before speaking.
