"There is no constitutional right to abortion."

The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures. A proposed amendment becomes part of the Constitution as soon as it is ratified by three-fourths of the States (38 of 50 States). The Supreme Court has no role nor does the President. Roe v. Wade was a fabrication of the 1973 SC which was a republican dominated court.

Thank you. We have to embrace the rule of law right now, in this time. It is too late to act at any time in the future. We’re at the final crossroads and that’s not metaphorical it’s as tangible as any could ever be.

We have to turn around to stop this and it’s going take a magnificent amount of energy to alter the fully destructive course we’re on.
