My biggest concern about all of this is an assassination of one of more of the conservative justices,especially with a radical leftist already nominated and confirmed.
They kill babies, so why would they hesitate to take out an adult? They already have a track record with Justice Scalia, after all.
I was going to say leaked to try and force the Supreme Court to change their vote. But you have a great point also. There can be many reasons, another is motivating the Libs for 2022 voting.
