The Justice Department’s new focus in the Jan. 6 investigation on the “Stop the Steal” rally will present prosecutors with new legal challenges.
Nearly all of the defendants who have been charged in connection to the Capitol riot so far entered the building or otherwise participated in the mayhem that day.
Targeting those who organized the preceding rally would shift prosecutors’ scrutiny to figures who had little or no direct involvement with the violence that was carried out at the Capitol but may nonetheless have been working to prevent Congress from certifying President Biden’s election win.
The expanded investigation will likely force prosecutors to distinguish conduct protected under the First Amendment from criminal efforts to prevent Congress from carrying out its certification of Biden’s win.
Late last month, the Washington Post and New York Times reported that the Justice Department had expanded the scope of its investigation to include those who had organized the rally that came just hours before the Capitol was overrun.
The shift would mark an escalation in the probe, which has produced nearly 800 criminal prosecutions thus far.

How about the video of the cops letting people in early through the side door with Trump signs. Seriously. Those were plants. They opened the door. Who opened the big door in the front. There is video all over. Release it.

All the video of that day should be released. Only 48 hour or so. They aren’t hidden cameras. Not a national security threat to release it. They just don’t want us to see what really happened. Same with the drop box video but days and days of video to go through. By now they have went through it and have damning video. 2000 mules will be a good doc to watch..

Somehow it all worked out perfectly for the dems. Not only were Biden-Harris confirmed as elected, President Trump was impeached yet again, people who entered the Congress were jailed without bail, and Senators/Representatives who favored the challenges were branded as ‘insurrectionists’.

I think that the only or at least 99% of the violence at the Capitol was the result of the Capitol police. Are they finally going to be scrutinized?
You know why? Because the domestic enemies are planning to steal the midterms and 2024 as well and they are doing everything they can to ensure the people accept the theft obediently. Why would they NOT steal it? Absolutely nothing has been done about election integrity since 2020 and they know a legit election would destroy them. So right now they are setting things up.
Imagine the shame value in a VPOTUS, on January 6th, turning the eye of Sauron on the single worst electoral excrement hole of a state, and asking the senators from that state, why shouldn’t I pull the trigger on an investigation here? What kind of crap are the people of your state trying to pull? What do I look like? The [expletive deleted] night watchman? I am this close to refusing to certify your state’s electoral tally. How does that make you feel? Should I care how that makes you feel? Remind me again why I agreed to take this job? This bucket of warm [substance]? Did I do it to be used like a dishrag by some Soros-paid hack Secretary of State? I will certify when I am darn good and ready. Have I made myself clear?
Yep. Funny how things worked out that way. Almost as if the fix was in.
One such officer, with one false crowd-control maneuver, indirectly caused the death of a woman in the crowd. She had a friend with her who nearly died in the crush as well. He saw her die right then and there, from point blank range. Neither of those two had any idea their lives were in danger. Tell me again that these two individuals, innocently exercising their first amendment rights, didn’t inadvertently walk straight into the jaws of Satan?
States’ electoral counts should be unimpeachable, totally, demonstrably on the up-and-up, instead of the crime boss slumlord products some of these states have gotten into the habit of foisting upon our quadrennial joint sessions of Congress and upon our national VP.
Violence? Very little by J6 participants.
Search for "J6 Capitol damage" and look at the photos. Then search for "2020 riot damage" and look at those photos. Just look.
