I wonder what the long term effects are gonna be. I had the Moderna vaccine, and I understand that it also is an mRNA vaccine. I’m a liver transplant recipient and I hope there are no bad long term effects.

Those are all typical anti-vaxxer misinformation. No vaccine has ever been 100% effective, these vaccines do not harm your immune system, nor do they cause those disorders except in very rare instances. And, no, they do not change your DNA.
You should try to be more imaginative in your comments.
Those claims are nothing more than a variation in claims made against vaccines through out history. For example, the smallpox vaccine was supposed to turn you into a cow. And it was alleged to contain bat feces.
Don’t you think turning you into a cow research is entirely different than Swedish research by bio experts that fully understand dna, mrna, cells, nuclei, etc.?
That's the truth. One has to be an expert in almost everything because the "experts" are intentionally lying and hiding data.

That isn’t the point which was: the anti-vaxxer movement has made the same conceptual claims ever since vaccines were invented. Conceptually, a vaccine turning you into a cow is no different that the claims that this vaccine modifies your DNA. Conceptually, the claim that these vaccines contain poisons is no different from the claim that the small pox vaccine contained bat feces.
