LCPS is committed to providing a safe, empathetic, respectful and supportive learning environment in order to empower every student to make meaningful contributions to the world. When students and staff experience racial insults, slurs, and/or other hate speech, we lack the positive culture and climate that supports students’ growth.
LCPS calls for all students, staff, families, and other members of our community to engage in the disruption and dismantling of white supremacy, systemic racism, and hateful language and actions based on race, religion, country of origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, and/or ability. LCPS rejects racist and other hateful behavior and language, recognizing that it encourages discrimination, hatred, oppression, and violence.
Every individual is valued in Loudoun County Public Schools. Let’s celebrate the diversity that helps define us as a school division.
I have encouraged folks to make Governor Youngkin aware of this.
Every individual is valued — except ‘dem blue eyed debbles’.
Every student except white or Asian kids.
And kids wearing red hats.
And kids objecting to getting felt up by bigger kids.
And kids that may have Republican parents - we surely don’t mean those kids.
This after the insanity of the Loudoun County Public school system was largely responsible for turning Virginia red in the last election.
Yet McAuliffe still won Loudoun by over 10 points.

I was going to say that this is just more useless trash, sort of like company mission statements.
But then they had to mention “white supremacy”. Now we have something completely different here, something racist and vile. I hope Governor Youngkin smacks these people down, and hard.

You have to keep waving the boogeyman around and the only way to defeat white supremacy is $$$$$
Imagine if each parent had a voucher and were free to send their child to the school of their choice. This vapid nonsense would soon end.
Mean old white folks again.

This Scott guy is white. Why hasn’t he dismantled himself and all white race teachers from the school ?
Why hasn’t he fired all white staff and quit ?
He “ called” for it after all.
He can’t have it both ways.
Or is it really about ideology ?
Or is it really just racism disguiseed as anti racism ?
These Collectivists lack humility.
And kids who refuse to wear a mask…..or get the jab….

I would send the state police and arrest this guy for violating the civil rights of the students of Loudon County under color of law.
So, after condemning “slurs” the go on to slurr whites by using the terms white supremacy and systemic racism.

But let’s tell children they benefit from “White Privilege” and pretend that isn’t a racial insult.

What planet do these people live on? White males are the only Americans who can be lawfully discriminated against, and our white females are starting to feel the heat.
Perhaps I’m confused (not a rare occurrence, alas). Isn’t this the same district that had a father arrested for daring to object to his daughter’s rape in a school bathroom?
