Code §§21-2-566(3)-(4) and 21-2-567; 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 and 594; 52 U.S.C. § 10101(b), by demanding that GOP poll watchers leave the premises; and you, after viewing the video, flatly stating that "I have to admit that it does look suspicious", you craphound Chinacorn troll:

I try to be fair and not jump to hard conclusions one way or the other based on very limited data. At the time that I made that statement I did not have access to the fuller security cam data which was eventually made available by the GA SoS. After carefully watching that video I am more confident that this behavior (which many here interpret as nefarious multiple scanning of ballots) was simply a result of the ballot scanning machines frequently jamming/misreading ballots due to heavy usages and the unavailability of cleaning sheets for the scanning machines (as documented by GA election monitor Carter Jones in his working notes which were recently made public.)
