Happy Monday...Christmas countdown underway!
Beat me by seven seconds!
Hi Everybody!
(((HUGS)))
Really cold place in the winter!
I did Basic, CET and AIT there in 1979.
Greetings to all at the Canteen!
To all our military men and women, past and present,
THANK YOU
for your service!
My father was in basic training there in 1950. He wound up in the 297th Aviation Engineers and served in California and the Aleutians.
I remember visiting there a couple of times as a kid.
Really cold place in the winter! That is an understatement.
The heavy equipment course is nick named “Little Korea for a reason”
I spent 2 months Jan and Feb 1967 freezing at 23 degrees, 25MPH wind and 100% humidity.
We're into our December snow pattern, woke-up to snow Saturday morning and this morning but it melts by the afternoon. We will get more, it's inevitable. The mountain passes are socked-in with snow and the skiers are happy!
Not much happening with me, just staying inside where it's warm.
How are things your way?
Howdy, lauren. *HUGZ*
I hope all’s well down your way. Y’all feeling a nip in the air like we are?
Thanks, unique, for the road trippers!

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Howdy, PRO!
Oh boy! Snow! PLEASE keep it up there. LOL
No snow down here but it’s brisk ..... as it should be this time of year. :-) Winter doesn’t really settle in until next month.
Not much going on these days. Missing the museum something fierce and can’t wait for spring’s reopening.
I had the pleasure and honor of getting to take part in the Wreaths Across America activities Saturday. Can’t say the weather was ideal for it but it was a fabulous day regardless.
After that, this week is pretty much a nothing. Very quiet.
