Dear Lord! I had worked with Doug since 1999 on rail issues, both freight and passenger. He was the “legislative shepherd” who guided our proposal for reactivating freight rail lines in the Cascade foothills through the legislature. I had hoped he would run for governor.
So did I! He probably was #1 on the list. Inslee is term limited. Open race in 2024.
