Yep, nearly every country has distribution of this drug to its population to prevent parasites etc...
Just like the states in India that started distributing this as a preventative saw their rates drop quickly while states in india that did not, had more and more cases.
The africans all take hydroxychloriquine for malaria... that is the elephant in the room.
