The Chinese military has deployed long-range bomber planes to its border with India in a move to deter conflict between the two nations.
During the celebration of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force's 72nd anniversary last Thursday, state-run news channel China Central Television (CCTV) reportedly aired footage of H-6K bombers flying near the Himalayas. While typically based closer to Beijing, the jets were moved to Xinjiang province sometime last year, close to a region contested by China and India, the South China Morning Post reported.
These particular bombers are usually outfitted with CJ-20 long-range missiles for land and sea encounters. Speaking to the Post, military analyst Anthony Wong Tong said that positioning such bomber planes near the border is "definitely a warning to India."

India’s fighter pilots are very good. Our AF has done joint exercises with them, and several of our pilots said the Indian pilots were some of the best they had exercised with.
If Taiwan didn’t exist things would not change. Taiwan is just an excuse for belligerence. Billion and a half people. Gotta do something with them. Covid for the old folk and war to get rid of some young males.
Why did we have to create this monster? Capitalism is a slippery slope to many bad things.
Let us never forget that every high tech military capability of China is due to the treasonous transfer of technical and manufacturing know-how from our citizens to our enemy.
This week they are in India, next week Taiwan, next Japan, next Vietnam. Where does the spinner stop?

Anyone can start a war, but could they win?
Wars are more about logistics then it is about hardware.
China is actually isolated in world politics. Surrounded by if not hostile certainly unfriendly neighbors.
Any hostile action by China could put them at war with several nations in the region who would not have fight a land battle but simply block China’s shipping and cut off all economic ties with China.
China’s wealth is an illusion the result of using other nation’s technology and cheap labor. More of a Ponzi scheme then anything else. Stop the flow of money and China’s economy would collapse.
So what we are seeing is China’s leader trying to bully someone to get what they have.
they have less than a year to next years election.
Of course China Joe has three years to go as COC and Taiwan likely would fall via subversion rather than out right attack. China is now in a position to bully its way through towards a Pacific sphere of influence. Think patience and Sun Tzu.
This is China acting as old imperial China where its huge military and threats alone were used to get neighbors to kowtow to it. China does not “get it” that India is no such
easily threatened neighbor today.
