Richmond Times-Dispatch’s Schapiro on VA Gubernatorial Race: ‘Likely’ to Be a ‘Red Wave in In-Person Voting’
Breitbart ^ | 11/02/2021 | Trent Baker

Richmond Times-Dispatch columnist Jeff Schapiro on Tuesday predicted there would be a “red wave in in-person voting” in Virginia’s gubernatorial race between Democratic candidate former Gov. Terry McAuliffe and Republican Glenn Youngkin.

MSNBC “José Díaz-Balart Reports” anchor José Díaz-Balart asked Schapiro, “How efficient and effective is the system in Virginia? Do you think that we’ll have results tonight?”

I’m seeing it reported on Twitter, FWIW, that Youngkin has lost early/absentee voting by 14-16 points....

Are they releasing numbers before the polls close?

But, the cheating might be limited this time because of an agreement with the Republicans. A representative vote total might actually happen.

Someone researched it and only 300,000 votes sent out this time. About a 700,000 less than in 2020. Of that, only 108,000 are not returned. So, the Dems don’t have much room to cheat.

Both sides cheat and I have no doubt that voters have less of an impact on who wins than the Establishment Politicians. Cheating has been going on for decades (Nixon beat JFK).

A good example of cheating the last election that no one mentions. Out of the over 700,000 more mail-in ballots in 2020, I wonder how many were valid? Biden got 2,413,568 in 2020, and Clinton got 1,981,473. In 2012 Obama got 1,971,820. So, around 500,000 more votes than average in 2020 for a candidate that hid in his basement most of the election cycle. This jump mail-in ballots is way outside the margin of growth.

As if the present time and date matters when post marking ballots.

According to the media Democrats never cheat.

Then the “overwhelming concensus” will be that Youngkin lost and should concede.

How are there any results at this time. Let alone revealed to the press.

I am poll watching in Springfield which is deep blue. There is no Repub handing out the pink voting forms so I only see blue papers coming in. However, most have nothing in their hand which means they refused the dem asking if they want one. And he is asking every person.

That is the best anecdote I can provide.

I will not be surprised (but va voters will) when the Rat wins by
2-5% after extending vote counting. Too close to call for 16 hours. We are such Fools. Or we are so bored.

I received a text about the mask question since I am a poll worker. So far, no issues where I am in Springfield.

This morning I noticed almost all Dem signs at houses gone and where they were in some public places (like parks….grrrr), they have been replaced with Youngkin and down ticket candidate signs. Weird.

What on earth are pink and blue voting forms? Registrations to vote?

Thinking sample ballots. Republicans have red sample ballots not pink.

They are 8x11 inch paper handouts given to people before they enter the polling area by volunteers of each party that show the names of the people to vote for. Pink for Repub, blue for dem.

So, it is a clear sign who someone is voting for when they enter holding one or the other piece of paper.

I would assume it’s the people standing outside who are passing out Voter Information sheets.

D’s would have all the Democrat candidates and R’s the Republicans.

In person voting can’t overcome the stuffing of mail ballots.

Well, now, I guess if both sides do it, it is 'fair and balanced,' but it seems kind of smarmy to do it right outside the polling place...

Not really. The last time my whole family were together voting we all went and got the Democrat sheets so we would know who to vote against, and what the Democrats were saying about the other proposals on the ballot.

I figure if I go against the "D", I will probably be voting correctly.
