There are two red counties I am looking at with only 60 percent of the vote in - Fauquier and Chesterfield. So it’s not like there are just blue areas left.

You are not giving the Rats enough credit here.

100% of the vote is only a number. The lead is small enough now that they will be able to manipulate the tally in a thousand ways.
