Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg said Friday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson’s criticism showed he did not understand “the concept of bottle-feeding.”
Thursday night on his show, Carlson said, “Pete Buttigieg has been on leave from his job since August after adopting a child – paternity leave, they call it – trying to figure out how to breastfeed. No word on how that went.”
Anchor Nicolle Wallace said, “I would say to Tucker Carlson, don’t knock it ’til you try it. What are these attacks about?”
Buttigieg said, “Well, look, in his case, I guess he just doesn’t understand the concept of bottle feeding, let alone the concept of paternity leave. But what is really strange is that, you know, this is from a side of the aisle that used to claim the mantle of being pro-family. What we have right now is an administration that’s actually pro-family. I’m blessed to be able to experience that as an employee, being able to have the flexibility to take care of our newborn children.”
Wallace, responded, “It feels homophobic to suggest that you were trying to figure out breastfeeding.

This is so silly. How long does it take to bottle feed or even breast feed (which of course he cannot do) a baby? They can bring the infant to him in his office.
He and whoever/whatever it is bought this baby. So it’s not like he’s recovering from a difficult delivery.

I did not notice this fag was gone fir 2 months with his husband and these poor defenseless innocent children.

You’re not an employee Pete, you are the Secretary of Transportation, a position of responsibility to the entire country, and there is a crisis! And you are not recovering from giving childbirth! Take some time to bond with the babies when you can, but do your job! And hire a nanny!
Maybe when the baby was born, the perenium ripped, those stiches in the crotch could take time to heal..maybe 3 months. So he for sure, needs to take some warm sit baths and take care...if they plan to have another one, maybe they could do it cesarian birth... We need to be kind and sympathetic to both...as the other obviously has sympathy pains.
