You mean the ISIS group created and supported by western governments, given the opportunity to create chaos in a country that the western governnments want to see fail in order to "justify" further military engagement? Just a coincidence that Afghanistan has trillions of dollars worth of rare-earth metals, lands suitable for opium harvesting, and a crucial geographicsl location.
