Pete Lopez, 73, died of COVID-19 on Monday, after weeks of his family pushing for hospital physicians to administer ivermectin, an antiparasitic drug.
To last paragraph
Lorigo said the hospital still refused to give Lopez ivermectin despite the judge's ruling, a decision the attorney said wasn't theirs to make because the court order made it a legal obligation.
On Monday, the hospital received a stay from an appellate court judge and the parties were set to argue the case on Tuesday, but Lopez died before the hearing.

Phil Valentine recommends you have it at the ready, and that you get your Vitamin D levels checked, too.
When covid 19 has been allowed to do its early work, the initial damage it can do can be very difficult for patients to overcome. Like a whole row of dominoes that begin to fall over one by one or how like a zipper, every body system just unravels.
So that is why all possible guns need to be fired at first signs of covid...even if it seems “mild” at first. The body can clear the virus after two weeks but it might not survive the damage done. We’ve had many patients die 2-3 weeks after the virus tests clear but the lungs, liver and kidneys are totally destroyed.
And that, boys and girls (and non-binary whatevers), is how you pad the "COVID death" numbers...
Murderers.
This hospital dug in and refused to give a dying man a benign 50 yr FDA approved drug that is approved for countrywide treatment of covid in Japan ( hardly the 3d world)….among many other countries,
The death of this man is on the hands of that hospital.
Please publish its name so freepers seeking treatment for covid can decide whether to go there,
Wow.
"Ralph Lorigo is an attorney who won numerous court orders for Ivermectin for dying COVID patients on ventilators. In nearly every case after Ivermectin they rapidly improved. Most recovered & went home. Many able to go off the ventilator within 24 hrs of Ivermectin dose"— RosaLee 🇨🇦 (@DLeeRosa) September 7, 2021
And yet, curiously, many of these doctors have no problem pushing the "vaccines", which are even less tested/studied. Hmmm.
Some critically ill patients have survived because their drs gave ivermectin as a Hail Mary,
However made the decision to withhold it after the ruling should be tried for manslaughter and the hospital should be sued out of existence.
One dose was all it took to get 81 year old John Swanson off the ventilator. His case is similar to others that were going to die coz of their advanced covid 19 but were saved when given ivermectin at the hospital https://t.co/Fka9qKlFGv— CatLady12 (@Lady12Cat) September 6, 2021
It can help stop the virus but Ivermectin can’t help the damage already done.
“So the “Time” headline implies that Ivermectin killed him, but in reality he never got it and died of Covid or something else.”
Yes.
They do it purposely.
It should be patient dies after hospital refuses to treat with ivermectin despite court order to do so.
68-year-old Illinois woman, diagnosed with COVID-19 is receiving ivermectin treatment after her daughter sued the hospital where she had been hospitalized for a month on a ventilator to have it administered

I received 2 tubes of Ivermectin horse paste today. One for myself, one for the wife should it become necessary.
BTW, Chewy is COMPLETELY “sold out” of ever size/every brand currently.
Sad story. It sounds like a requirement of the hospital rather than the physician. For the latter the test ought to be "bona fide studies" that the medicine will cause no harm to this patient.
Meanwhile, most dads I know would immediately put the child under a physician who agreed the medicine was indicated or harmless.
Needs to be given early for it to work, they delayed until it wouldn’t.
🤦
