I’m no conspiracy theorist, but after seeing these videos taken the day after the shooting, it sure looks to me like the school wasn’t in use. The whole thing looks like a storage closet to me.

There are attestations that should instruct us:

That and Ben Franklin's admonition that the Founding Fathers had crafted "A Republic--if [We The People] can keep it!" illustrate that an organized government can only grant freedom to people if they don't make or accept other things as more important.

A carrot is potentially such a small thing to waylay us from adherence to righteous things, among them truth and caring for one's fellow man. How much money would it take for people living paycheck-to-paycheck to barter away their reputation and/or soul?

Shakespeare wrote of man's "mortal coil." The 2012 movie, Cloud Atlas, admonished that we must not let our mortal coil "become a noose," which is an all-too-commonly occurring shortcoming among the heartless, less-than-self-aware class.

That same movie placed on the character, Sonmi-451's lips that, "By each crime and every kindness we birth our future."

To "have what it takes" for such trials, "We must "understand fully what we are fighting for" (another Cloud Atlas quote).

How little we fully understood when so many cowered at being called "Birther!" to allow an ineligible C|A plant to become President! (Were we all just entertainingly beguiled as we saw how Harold Hill weaseled past the School Board that so many times sought his credentials?) In Barry's case, we truly handed them helm over to someone whose character was in full view as he rightly claimed for himself, "I'm really good at killing people!"

Yes, focusing on the kids could be very fruitful for Remington and others. Too bad Hicks Jones took his benefactors' lawyers' advice to fold like the cheap suit he often manifests.

This reminds me of comparing the pulse shooting with the Christchurch mosque shooting. The Pulse Nightclub was filled with bullet holes and blood while the Christchurch mosque was spotless.

I could write a book. Compare SH to columbine. News videos. Kids running for their lives. Interviews that match what we saw live. What they have told us abt SH is not the truth. Btw what happened in vegas?

If their lawyer does that, the opposing side will immediately object. That objection will be sustained and no juror will hear any response to the question, hence it would be at most drama heard only by lawyers.
