I would appreciate a link to a copy of the actual survey. Many of these surveys are absolute nonsense and will provide little if any useful information. They are largely selling gimmicks of those wishing to sell add on services.
For example, one such survey from Fairfax Virginia Public Schools asks staff to agree or disagree with the statement “I have what I need to carry our an anti-racist and anti-biased education.” Guess who just happens to have a pre-packaged, one size fits all curriculum and resource package which they will be glad to customize for each School District.

This was a survey given to 4th graders. They can not buy anything themselves and should not be encouraged to keep secrets from parents. The contents of the survey are irrelevant to the wrong of destroying the parent child relationship.
