“It’s their country.”
Up until a couple of years ago, I thought it was my country. Now, I don’t recognize it.
Yesterday (July 1) was Canada Day — we should have been celebrating everywhere; but, for all intents and purposes, that holiday was cancelled. Replaced by Gay Summer, apparently. Usually, we catch a mild case of whatever insanity is going around the USA — but, we’re ahead of you this time. Unless your Independence Day celebrations have been cancelled too.
It’s absolutely maddening. My route to work through my town is all gay flags. America is about to celebrate the 4th and the gay flags have stayed. I am absolutely sickened. Our town puts on a very big 4th parade and it will go through gay flags galore. America is rotting away.
