Dr. Anthony Fauci was adamant the National Institutes of Health has never funded dangerous research on bat viruses in the Chinese lab suspected of being source of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he was questioned by Republican Sen. Rand Paul two weeks ago.
“Senator Paul, with all due respect, you are entirely and completely incorrect that the NIH has not ever and does not now fund ‘gain of function’ research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” Fauci said in the fiery Senate hearing on May 11.
He couldn’t have been more certain.
Until he wasn’t certain a few hours later.
That afternoon, Fauci admitted to “a very minor collaboration as part of a subcontract of a grant we had a collaboration with some Chinese scientists,” during an appearance at Poynter.org’s “festival of fact checking.”
It’s like being a little bit pregnant.
Rattled by the morning’s confrontation with Paul, Fauci for the first time admitted he was not at all confident the virus had developed naturally and maybe, just maybe, it could have come from a lab leak.
Paul, a medical doctor, did not allow Fauci to slide away from a direct answer to the crucial question: did American taxpayers fund dangerous research to “juice up” bat viruses in the Wuhan Institute?
He answered no. But the correct answer is yes.
On this, potentially the most consequential of all of Facui’s errors, he had to be dragged kicking and screaming by Paul to a final acknowledgment of the obvious.

It’s almost like a movie. The top scientist who tries to save the Americans from a deadly virus turned out to be the bad guy who unleashed the virus in the first place himself!
Doesn’t have to be under oath. It’s still a crime.

There is also subcontract grant money directly from the NIH that went there. Many of us knew of this very early on, and many of us were fairly certain back then that this outbreak was caused by an engineered virus that had originated at the Wuhan Institute.
That said, the news media have been oblivious to the truth.

And fauci liked the attention way too much.
He may know he’s in trouble but thinks he will not pay..no one does.
But he cannot know the families loss.. the enormity of what he did.

He said in 2012 that creating a “gain of function” Frankenstein virus was worth it even if it caused a pandemic.
More recently, he predicted a pandemic. Until it was boomeranging back to him. That’s why Dr. Fallacy has been desperately lying so much from early 2021 when he said the American people had nothing to worry about with the ChiCom Virus.
Then he said the ChiCom Virus never could have come from a lab. He attacked everyone who dared speak to the truth.
Dr. Fallacy knew all along as he’s the Frankenstein monster’s creator and the father of “gain of function” egomania virus creation.

Recall, Dr. Fallacy first denied any connection to the Wuhan Lab. Then seconds later he said it would be “irresponsible” if they (meaning he) did not “investigate” the coranavirus Frankenstein they created.
You don’t need to investigate anything if it is never created. If Dr. Fallacy and his pals working with the ChiComs didn’t create the ChiCom Virus making it highly contagious to humans, it would never have needed to be stopped.
Dr. Fallacy is a war criminal. Start the Nuremberg type trials.
I sure hope that Fauci remains in good health for his eventual trial for crimes against humanity.
It would be a shame if suffered the fate of Epstein et al, but it would not be surprising.

In 2012 he said a pandemic was worth the risk. A couple of million deaths was just a little collateral damage.
As we know, the cost isn’t in only lives. There’s suffering, livelihood and liberties that were destroyed needlessly too.

Sadly, that never will happen. Even if Trump were to win in 2024 and had GOP House and Senate, they wouldn’t pursue it. We’re too weak now, across the board.

You’d be surprised how fast things can happen. Once the GOPe sees their hides are next, they will agree to do their jobs.

I totally agree. It is wishful thinking. But technically it COULD happen. Fauci COULD be tried, convicted, and executed. I would love to see that happen in my lifetime. Put his execution on Pay Per View.
Of course it is wishful thinking, NOTHING ever happens to these lawbreakers THUS we NOW have a fraudulent election left to stand BECAUSE the Dem bastards KNOW there will be no consequences because the Republican Party is NOW and always has been USELESS!!
No, it would not be surprising at all to someday wake to breaking news that Dr. Fauci has blown his own ******g brains out, kinda like some other guy did back in 1945 so the Russians wouldn’t roast him alive in his bunker with flame throwers.
That sure would be a shame if that were to happen.
