NEWARK, N.J. – A U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mail carrier from Hudson County today admitted he discarded mail, including 99 general election ballots Beauchene sent from the Essex County Board of Elections to West Orange, New Jersey, residents, from his assigned routes in Orange and West Orange.
Nicholas Beauchene, 26, of Kearny, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to one count of desertion of mails.
According to documents filed in this case and statements made in court:
Beauchene admitted that on Sept. 28, Oct. 1, and Oct. 2, 2020, he discarded into dumpsters in North Arlington, New Jersey, and West Orange 1,875 pieces of mail that he was assigned to deliver to postal customers in West Orange and Orange, New Jersey. This mail included 627 pieces of first-class mail, 873 pieces of standard class mail, two pieces of certified mail, 99 general election ballots destined for residents in West Orange, and 276 campaign flyers from local candidates for West Orange Town Council and Board of Education. Law enforcement recovered the mail on Oct. 2, 2020, and Oct. 5, 2020, and placed it back into the mail stream for delivery.
There is no known motive for the crimes and Beauchene‘s political affiliation was not apparent on his social media profiles.
The desertion of mail charge is punishable by a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. Sentencing has been scheduled for Sept. 21, 2021.

At just 99 ballots in almost 2K total pieces of mail that were discarded, this isn’t election fraud. It’s just a lazy postal worker doing lazy postal worker crap. The VAST majority of the mail that he dumped has nothing to do with the election. He’s probably been doing this for a while and just happened to get caught during election season.
I wouldn’t doubt there’s a lot more.

He moved from the fast lane because of a driver annoyingly tailgating him and he matched his speed with two other big trucks surrounding him and he didn't have to pay for tickets to law enforcement because he had a cop free area ahead of him. Had some money to spend on making acquaintence with the women he saw from above, driving near him.
The investigators apparently decided to drop their investigation of those hundreds of thousands of ballots.
The driver whistle-blower Jesse Morgan reported the stolen ballots and the investigators decided to investigate him instead.

And they make ballots to replace them all done at the union office.
From what I know of that area, the guy was dumping ballots from two of the most heavily Democratic counties in the U.S.
Well, on the other hand, he has absolutely zero proof. He could have taken a picture. I realize this mysterious semi has become iconic in the fraudulent 2020 election, but with no proof, I doubt his truthfulness as much as I do various election officials.

There's a reason the USPS loses BILLIONS every year. In a government that is packed with horrible, non-productive employees, the USPS has the greatest concentration of them. It's a difunctional criminal enterprise. All of those stories - which are only a fraction of the stories available - happened in non-election years.
EVERYTHING (except very limited absentee voting) is a shot a cheating-period.
If you can't make it on election day, that's too bad. Maybe next time.
If election day is as "sacred and precious" as the demotrash claim it to be, it's important enough to make the effort to get there in person and on time.

Good points. But there is evidence US Postal workers were involved in the Steal. So I wouldn’t dismiss this fellow was in it for a lot more especially when one could get paid a lot to lose ballots.
