OAN Poll Finds Over 60% Of People Want Tulsi Gabbard To Replace Gavin Newsom As Governor Of Calif.

The race to replace California’s disastrously unpopular governor, Democrat Gavin Newsom, saw a surprising challenger rise to the top: Tulsi Gabbard.

The former Hawaiian congresswoman hasn’t yet thrown her hat into the ring, but nearly 30,000 people responded to an OAN poll proving Gabbard with over 60 percent of the vote was by far the people’s favorite.

In the Twitter survey Gabbard handily beat second place challenger Caitlyn Jenner by nearly 40 percentage points. Candidate John Cox trailed a distant third with just 10 percent of the vote and GOP pick Kevil Faulconer came in dead last with barely 5 percent of the vote.

You don’t have to be a natural born citizen to be President. Why would you need to be a resident of CA to be the gov?

Does anyone really know where she is from? Born a US national, not a natural born citizen of a Pacific island, then from Hawaii, now people or maybe he she claims to be Californian? What next, she'll identify as black, illegal, trans or something?

Don't get me wrong, she seems like a credible candidate for house or senate, but I can't imagine she has standing and experience to be governor. Okay, Bruce Jenner is running as a Republican, so I guess anything is possible in California.

"No one is saying she is a conservative"

I was being sarcastic. Sorry you didn't recognize it. She supported a commie for President. She'd be no better for California than Gavin Newsome allegedly was. She'll move to whatever position is beneficial to her.

Don’t forget she is hated by the national Democrats like Pelosi etc.

She is not your typical party loyalist liberal hack spouting talking points.

As for Sanders, that would help her in CA wouldn’t it? Especially if he endorsed her and campaigned for her

Sanders would help her in CA I’m guessing..

Not a bad thing if you want to win there.

California right now is desperate. This recalls the heady days of the Meadow Party Convention in ‘84, which those of us old enough to remember should recall was set in San Francisco.

Mondale would be better than Bruce, a dead cat would be better than Mondale, and Tulsi is probably better than a dead cat—where Schwarzenegger falls, I’m not sure—likely above or below Mondale.

If California wants quality, they need to import.

"Don’t forget she is hated by the national Democrats like Pelosi etc."

Then what party affiliation would she plan on running? Socialist Party, because that's more along the line of her thinking.

I'm surprised that so many people are supportive of her and her claims of hating the Democrats. Maybe she's another Bloomberg, who changed his political party even more than he changed his underwear. This support of Gabbard explains why the GOP will never be reformed. Too many people are too willing to hold their nose to support and vote for the lesser of two evils.

I’m guessing she runs as a Dem. They have a “jungle” primary system there. I’m not familiar with how it works.

Bloomberg is a globalist and fully in lockstep with the national Dems and their agenda. Tulsi diverges a lot with them and they do not like her.

Let’s face it, even with her good ideas, Jenner really isn’t the person.

Can she move and take up residence? I don’t know the rules.

A carpetbagger- so what- I bet she would get a lot of votes

She has a lot in common with Bernie, both policy wise and in her willingness to poke the DNC-e in the eye. Pelosi, Chuck and the the squad would not be happy. We’re not going to get a conservative, so I’d settle for someone willing to stir the pot a bit. Not saying I’ll actually cast a ballot for her.

Well, she’s not hard on the eyes. I suppose she is conservative, by Kalifornia standards anyway.

are you seriously talking about “election laws” in the one party dictatorship called california? have you lived (or ever lived) in california?

as far as i’m concerned, if obie (”born” in hawaii) can run for president of America. then let Tulsi run for gov in ca.

the R and D stupid is strong in this thread so i’ll just add she’s way better than any R or D moron available today in ca.

The fact that The Squat hates Tulsi is good enough, given Bruce is a non-starter.

Gabbard's broadsheet wars with the Marxists in the State Assembly, and Joyless Behar at The Spew, and also with her fellow Congresscritters, is good news for GOP seats in the House.

The modern-era peak GOP representation from Kali was during the chaos reign of Conan Ahnold, who took over from the last recalled Governor! For God's sake, Pompo held Lantos 11th District twice back then!

The Squat hates her because she's smart and she's beautiful. Also the Governorship could put her in the Senate, and she would be an improvement over Fineswine, and a vastly more malleable Senator than Nancy's nephew.
