He is wrong. disorders of sexual chromosomes are rare but any y chromosome confers male sex. Those without any chromosome are female regardless of how many d chromosomes they have.

Ding ding. Chromosomal abnormalities don’t create another sex; that’s why they’re called abnormalities. On top of that, they’re exceedingly rare.

I'm pretty sure that, without any chromosomes, you'd be DEAD (or, more properly, never have been alive).

The d chromosome. Sounds like a treatable disease. Maybe moderna and pfizer could hel by injecting single stranded mrna that need additional nucleotides to form complex protein structures. Wink wink.
