Well, I’m glad this fool didn’t get on the Supreme Court.
I remember some said at the time of his nomination, that he was actually a more moderate nominee, and that Obama wanted to avoid an election year battle over a radical Supreme Court nominee. And that’s why he chose the moderate Garland.
Or so they said.
