This reminds me of Rodney King. Supposedly open and shut case because of a video. I have watched a couple of trial lawyers talk about the Chauvin trial and the prosecution case has been very weak. Mystal is reading tea leaves and understands the prosecution doesn’t have the case they claim. Who to blame as the case falls apart? Well the jury. The judge has been even handed. The prosecution can only present evidence it has. Mystal is surprised there is a defense, shocker, and the are doing a good job, so blame the jury.
White is no longer a ethnicity, it is a political label.

Local papers in Minneapolis have already published profiles of each juror, which include age, race, sex, and profession. They are all one click away from being doxxed. Imagine taking that into deliberations.

I believe that former officer Mohamed Noor was convicted and sent to prison for twelve years. Not enough, but it's surprising that he has seen the inside of a jail. Minneapolis also agreed to a $20 Million settlement to Justine's family (who foolishly intend to donate several million dollars to anti-gun organizations).

Why bother to have a trial...have slojo and the ho declare all the cops guilty and have a mass hanging in the rose garden...

Nelson has Mike Freeman and all three other members of the former prosecution subpoenaed. I predict there will probably be questioning and everything will be denied.
The rare and unexpected curveball might be a statement from Dr. Baker or another unknown staff member that says force was put on the doctor to change his autopsy.
If this happens, I assume Judge Cahill will call it a mistrial as the trial will have been tainted. It’s something to look for.

Thanks for posting Nelson’s affidavit. I was not aware of how the Minnesota bureaucrats intentionally made life difficult for the defense team.
That is criminal, to expose the jury like that. How would these A holes feel if they were on trial ?
